You will need to go to the city office and submit a written notification of moving out with your new address listed and only after that you will receive a Moving Out Notification document. With the Moving Out Notification document you will have to bring it to your new city office and fill in a Moving In Notification.
Only after those steps are completed that you can continue processing your documents that require an address change.
