地震などにより、ガスメーターの安全装置が作動して、ガスを止めることがあります。
ガスの復帰操作説明書に従い、ガスを復旧すれば使用できます。

もし、ガス料金払ってないのが原因でガスは止められる場合、滞納したガス料金を払い、ガス会社に連絡し、ガスを開栓したら使えます。
まずはリモコンです。給湯器のリモコン、基本は浴室の外側壁につけています。
リモコンに数字英文字のエラーあるかどうかを確認します。
電源入れ直してもエラーの場合は修理必要です。
給湯器のリモコンも通常動いている場合
給湯器本体をチェックします。
お湯を使う時、給湯器本体は普通に音出ますが、
音出ない場合、変な音出る場合、異臭出る場合、これらの場合全部給湯器の本体に修理必要ので、すぐ私たちに連絡しましょう。

② When the gas is running, next to check the water heater.
First is the remote control. The remote control for the water heater, basically, is attached to the outside wall of the bathroom.
Check if there is a numeric or alphabetic error on the remote control.
If the error persists after turning the power back on, Repairs are necessary.
If the water heater’s remote control is also working normally, check the water heater itself.

其次，在瓦斯可以正常使用的情况下，检查热水器。
先检查热水器的遥控器，遥控器一般都装在浴室的外墙上。
检查到遥控器上如果出现英文以及数字的错误，重新插入电源也是同样的状况的话，需要及时修理遥控器。
在遥控器也是正常工作的情况，再去检查热水器本身。
放热水时，热水器是会发出一些运作声的。
