internet problems

インターネットが使えない問題は4つあります。

1. モデムの問題認証のところ黄色ライトが光ってない場合はモデムの問題になります。自分で解決が出来ません。インターネット会社に連絡することが必要です。弊社の入居者の場合はOmotenashi　Realityのラインにと合わせしてください！！！

   If the yellow light is not shining at the point of authentication, it is a problem with the modem.

   You can’t solve it myself.  You will need to contact your internet company.

   If you are a resident of our company, please contact us with the Omotenashi Reality line!

    

2. ルーターの問題ルーターが壊れた原因はいくつかあります。一つ、ルーターの中に虫などが入ってしまったせいでルーターを壊したと言いう場合があります。二つ、急にインターネットが使えなり、ルーターとモデムのライトが光っているのにインターネットがつながらない。

   Router problem

   There are have a lot of reasons why your router may break.

   The router was broken because bugs inside the router.

   The internet suddenly became available, and the lights of the router and modem were shining, but the internet was not connected.

3. ケーブルの問題

ケーブルが敗れたかどうか確認してください。破れたら交換するだけです。

Cable problem

Check the cable has been broke .  If it broken you need to change it.

4.設定の問題

正しく設定しない場合はルーターのランプが光らないです。

メーカーによって設定方法がちがえます。ルーターのメーカーを確認して

インターネットで調べてください。YouTubeに設定方法の動画がたくさん

あります。調べて見てください。

Setting problem

If you make wrong setting , the lamp of the router will not illuminate.

The difference router manufacturer will be not the same setting.

Check the manufacturer of the router.
